KIT was founded to harness technology for real-world social impact — building digital infrastructure that governments, development agencies, and enterprises can stake their operations on.
From a focused biometric systems practice, we have grown into a full-spectrum institutional technology partner operating across South Asia and Africa.

Our values aren’t written for a wall — they shape every architecture decision, every deployment, and every client relationship.
A world where every institution has the digital infrastructure to serve its people with accuracy, transparency, and accountability.
To engineer secure, scalable systems that help governments and institutions operate with greater efficiency, integrity, and impact.
Systems built to perform under real-world pressure
Protecting data, identity, and infrastructure at every level
Technology focused on real impact and usability
From a small biometric systems practice in Dhaka to active deployments across continents — this is how KIT grew into the institution it is today.
KIT was established in 2013 with a clear mandate — use technology to solve institutional problems that matter. Early work focused on biometric systems and government software for Bangladesh’s public sector.
Formally incorporated in Bangladesh in 2019, KIT expanded its practice into enterprise MIS, ERP, and system integration — building partnerships with government ministries and international development organisations.
Today KIT executes active programmes in South Asia and Africa — including a World Bank-funded social protection deployment in South Sudan — and continues expanding its biometric and digital infrastructure practice globally.
Governments, international development agencies, and large institutions need a partner that has already solved hard problems — at scale, under pressure, in the field. KIT delivers what generalist vendors can’t: deep domain expertise, proven methodology, and real technical capability.
Built on years of field-tested implementation — not just technical knowledge.
Experienced in ensuring systems operate efficiently even under high demand and strict regulatory environments.
Design systems that meet policy goals, transparency standards, and operational requirements.
Two decades of national and international deployments have built a team and a methodology that consistently delivers where it counts most.

Chairman & Chief Architect — Faisal Abdul Kadir
A software engineer with a career built entirely on biometric systems and national security technology. Faisal has led delivery of Bangladesh’s National ID (NID) system, biometric platforms for Bangladesh Police and law enforcement agencies, the machine-readable smart driving licence, and intelligent vehicle number plate recognition — alongside multiple international programmes including the ongoing World Bank-funded deployment in South Sudan. As KIT’s Chairman, he personally oversees architecture on major projects.
Core Engineering Team
Graduates of BUET and the University of Dhaka, mentored by industry practitioners actively engaged in enterprise and government technology. Rigorous academic foundations, sharpened by real-world institutional delivery.
What This Means for Clients
